Knitting pattern - Knitted Boobs

Knit “boobs” to help women who have undergone a mastectomy following breast cancer.

This pattern is free from Knitted Knockers of Canada and was used as part of our 2018 Tricothon in collaboration with the organization Com'Femme .

You simply have to follow the payment steps and you will receive the pattern in your email inbox in PDF format.

It’s your turn to knit breasts!

Materials required:
- Cascade Ultra Pima Cotton Thread (the color of your choice)
- 1 set of 4 double-pointed needles 4.5 mm
(if you knit tight, use 5 mm).

Important information:
-Do not close the opening of the back (padding)
-Enter the front thread (with wool needle)
-For those who knit loosely, use 3.5 mm needles
-Insert your contact details and the label of the yarn used

A recent project for Quebec

Originally from the United States, it was in 2016 that Knitted Knockers began to be made in Quebec and it is  an organization for women in Brossard, Com'Femmes, which ensures the production and distribution of these artificial breasts. Over the past 2 years, more than 1,200 pairs of breasts have been knitted, which represents the equivalent of 10,000 hours of work!

Official drop-off point

In April 2019, Madolaine proudly became one of the official drop-off points for Knitted Nichons. During your visit to the store, all you have to do is mention your interest in knitting for the cause and, when purchasing ULTRA PIMA cotton, you will obtain a 20% discount.

All you have to do is return your knitted Boobs to the bin provided for this purpose. Alternatively, they can be mailed (unpadded to save on postage) to: Com'Femme, 6035 rue Adam, Brossard (QC) J4Z 1A9.
