Seamless and Invisible Finishing for Your Knits
Perfect for socks and mittens.

Course Description:
To close the toes of your socks, the tips of your mittens, or to join the shoulders of a sweater, you will need to use different invisible seaming methods. Sometimes you’ll need a stretchy and invisible finish; other times, a firm and stable one. You will learn to distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of each method so you can use them to their full potential in your knitting projects.

During this course, you will practice these techniques on swatches. You will learn how to work a three-needle bind-off, which joins two knitted pieces together without sewing. You will also practice grafting (Kitchener stitch) to join both circular and flat knitting in a completely invisible and simple way.

- Practice different ways of working grafting (Kitchener stitch)
- Practice the three-needle bind-off as an alternative to sewing
