Choose fibers for our knitting projects based on their characteristics.

Course description: What is the difference between alpaca, sheep, rabbit, cotton or linen fiber? Or which fiber warms more or dries faster? These are all questions we'll be answering in this course. By knowing the characteristics of each fiber, we can better choose our fiber based on the characteristics of a project.

Objectives:

• Animal, vegetable and man-made fibers
• Adapting the fiber to the project
• Strengths and weaknesses of each fiber
• Differentiate by feel

Prerequisites: No prerequisites, just the desire to learn!
